Dr. Huy Nguyen
BSC. DDS.
Dr. Huy graduated from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry in 2006. In 2016, he achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry and served as a clinical instructor at the UDM dental school. Dr. Huy loves learning and gaining knowledge in all aspects of dentistry, but his focus has been on orthodontics and implant dentistry. He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and the Ontario Dental Association. Outside of dentistry he enjoys spending time with his wife Tam and their two sons. Fluent in Vietnamese, his hobbies include swimming, pickleball, photography, and travel.
Dr. Derek Aversa
BSc. DDS
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Derek Aversa brings extensive clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to every patient visit. Dedicated to ongoing education and modern techniques, he combines skill, precision, and genuine care to deliver high-quality dentistry you can trust. Dr. Aversa’s commitment to long-term oral health ensures patients of all ages receive personalized, reliable, and comfortable care. Outside of dentistry he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their 4 children. He enjoys running, making wine and tending to his garden.
Dr. Dolly Gharib
BSC(H), DDS
Dr. Dolly Gharib joined the practice in 2015. Originally from Windsor, she now resides in Cottam. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2010. Dr. Gharib is committed to providing a family friendly environment that welcomes all patients. She believes in continuing education and continues to expand her knowledge and clinical skills to provide modern, comprehensive dental care. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. Together, they love staying active, going for bike rides, and exploring new places and experiences.

Dr. Stephen was born and raised in Windsor, where he completed his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor. He then commuted to Detroit, graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2020. He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and the Ontario Dental Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time his family, travelling, hiking and playing the guitar.

Dr. Nader earned his Bachelor’s in Biology from Wayne State University before obtaining his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. He found his passion for dentistry after exploring various professions, drawn to its hands-on nature and the opportunity to build patient relationships. Known for his outgoing personality, Dr. Nader focuses on preventive dentistry and ensures each patient has a positive experience. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, watching sports, and spending time with loved ones.
