Dr. Huy Nguyen -  BSC. DDS.- Doctor of Dental Surgery, graduated from the University of Toronto and has been practicing Dentistry for  over 15 years. Dr. Nguyen has a special interest and focus in  aesthetic dentistry. He has extensive training in implants, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. He practiced in Vancouver before moving back to Ontario to be closer to family.   

Dr. Dolly Gharib - BSC(H), DDS- Doctor of Dental Surgery, Graduated from  the University of Detroit Mercy and has been practicing Dentistry for over 8 Years.  Both Dalia and Dolly was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. Both doctors are very active in the Dental community and have attended countless hours in continuing education to ensure up to date knowledge of the dental field. 

Dr. Derek Aversa -  BSc. DDS- Doctor of Dental Surgery, Graduated from University of Toronto, has been in Dentistry for 10 years, and has extensive training in emergency and surgical procedures.  

Dr. Jeff Stephens -  BSc. DDS- Doctor of Dental Surgery, Graduated from University of Detroit Mercy, has been in Dentistry for 3 years, and has great experience and rapport with our younger pediatric patients.

Lynn- Our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator has been at the office for 25 years. Lynn is a graduate in Business Administration specialized in Accounting. She has been here with Dr. Bailey since the office opened in Leamington and previously worked with Dr. Pritchard. Lynn is a Wheatley resident.

SANDRA -  Our Office Receptionist and Greeter, CPR Certified and has been with the office for 23 years. Sandra graduated from St. Clair College in Medical Office Administration. Sandra is a native of Leamington and now  resides in Windsor, she is fluent in Italian.

Kathleen – Is a Certified Dental Assistant, and currently completed a Level 2 program, CPR Certified and Certified Surgical Assistant at Northwestern University. She has been with our office for 20 years Kathleen is a Wheatley resident and speaks fluently in French.

Paula- Is a Certified Dental Assistant Level 2, CPR Certified, has been an assistant for 12 years and has been with our office for 2 years. Paula is a Wheatley resident and speaks fluently in Portuguese.

Ashley- Is a Certified Dental Assistant Level 2, CPR Certified, graduated from St.Clair College.  Ashley is a Leamington resident and speaks fluently in Portuguese.

Laurice- Is a Certified Dental Assistant Level 2, CPR Certified, graduated from St.Clair College.  Laurice is a Leamington resident and speaks fluently in Portuguese.

Jamie- Is a Certified Dental Assistant Level 2, CPR Certified, has been at our office for 10 years. Jamie is also a graduate from St. Clair College with her certification in the Developmental Service Worker Program.  Jamie is a Wheatley resident.

Tina - Is a Certified Dental Assistant Level 2, CPR Certified, has been at our office for 2 years. Tina is also a graduate from St. Clair College.  Tina is a Leamington resident and speaks fluently in German.

Stephanie- Is our Dental Hygiene Coordinator. Stephanie has been a Dental Assistant Level 2 for 14 years.  She has been at our office for 3 years and is a  Kingsville resident.

Rylee Prebeg- Is a Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR Certified, has been at our office for 5 years. Rylee is a member of The College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and an active member of the ODHA.

Isabelle M.- Is a Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR Certified ,and has been with us for 2 years. Isabelle is a member of The College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and an active member of the ODHA.

Jennifer- Is a Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR Certified, Certified Dental Assistant Level 2, and has been with us for 10years. Jenn is a Self Regulated member of The College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and an active member of the ODHA, and the Windsor Essex County Dental Hygiene Society.  Jenn is a Leamington resident.

Kathy- Is a Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR Certified, has been with us for 6 years. Kathy has been a dental hygienist for 25years and has 20 years experience in periodontal dentistry. Kathy is a Self Regulated member of Dental Hygiene and an active member of the CDHA. Kathy is a Leamington resident.

Rylee Fenner - Is a Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR Certified, has been with us for 2years. Rylee is a member of Dental Hygiene and an active member of the CDHA. 

Debbie Fenner - Is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has over 40 years of experience! Debbie is a member of Dental Hygiene and an active member of the CDHA.
